露天矿坑内管道输煤可行性研究

摘要: 针对国内露天矿坑内运煤方式的弊端和国内管道输煤技术的发展,提出了露天矿坑内管道输煤的理念。从坑内管道输煤对露天矿内排的影响、露天矿爆破对端帮巷道的影响、坑内管道输煤制浆用水问题以及其经济性四个方面分析露天矿坑内管道输煤的可行性。结果表明:露天矿坑内管道输煤在技术上可行,但其经济性不明显|若露天矿产煤需长距离运输或下游用户所需产品主要是煤化工项目的原料用煤,则坑内管道输煤的优势明显。

Abstract: Zhe paper proposed zhe concept of coal pipeline in open-pit mine In view of drawbacks of zhe coal way in opencast mine and development of pipelines transporting coal technology In the domestic. Feasibility analysis of surface coal mine pit pipeline from zhe aspects of Internal drainage effects、effects of surface mine blasting to high wall roadway、water problems of pit coal pipeline pulping and Economic issues. Coming to the conclusionthe pit coal conveying pipeline in technically feasible, but its economy is not obvious. If open-pit mining coal transport over long distances or downstream users required products are mainly coal chemical projects of raw coal, the coal pipeline in open-pit mine obvious advantages, is worth promoting.
